Terms of use

The German version is binding.

Provider and service. Lukas Fend, 6020 Innsbruck, runs fend.software as a private, free and non-commercial project.
Access. The website is public. Accounts are created by invitation only, also after an access request. There is no right to access. The minimum age is 14.
Account. Keep your credentials secret and your details up to date.
Acceptable use. Unlawful content, attacks on the service, bypassing access limits and entering special categories of data such as health or patient data are not allowed.
Your content. Your content stays yours. You grant only the rights needed to run the service.
Availability. The service comes with no promise of availability or features and may be changed or discontinued. Back up important data yourself.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Suspension and end. You can delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended for violations.
Changes. New versions are published. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
Law. Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
